We exchange all merchandise within 14 days of the date of shipment. You must absolutely obtain a return number before reshipping.

* Item description
* Reason for return
You must wait until you have the return number before returning. We do not guarantee any exchange for packages that have not received a return number before returning.
In the event of a refund, the cost of returning your item is not covered.
In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning your item is not covered. However, we will pay those for returning an exchange item to you.
Please note that refunds can take 3 to 5 business days.
This article does not apply to items on sale of 40% and more.
If there was an error in your order, all costs will be refunded. In other cases, the return costs are not covered.
